We’re excited to launch our new mentoring programme this year which will match worker co-ops who need support on a specific issue with members of the federation with expertise, whether in HR, governance, communications, or other.
This match making service will provide free peer support between the mentor and mentee in an agreement made between them in terms of what the support would comprise.
We are running a co-design workshop next week - Thursday 13th, 13.00 - for members of the federation.
