# Would a quarterly printed 'what's on' help people to engage with the fed?

Thinking about the points raised in the meeting today about the clarity of who can attend what, and also fostering connections between members. With people ignoring the mass of digital media that they’re exposed to everyday, could a flyer with the next quarters public (/members) events (that could be pinned on a notice board) be a way into people’s awareness? Maybe through regional distributors/points of contact to try facilitate more personal relationships? I’ll happily volunteer to put something together, but I don’t have any experience of the practicalities.

Thanks for the suggestion Matt - I’ll put this on our action tracker to explore? I’d be a bit worried about it staying in date for a quarter, but that’s probably due to the ease of scheduling in an endlessly editable environment!
