Interesting article - it was interesting to see that building co-ops was one of the permitted activities in the Neighbourhoods Fund, but so were about 500 other things, and I worry that when push comes to shove, those with a say would think its much easier just to spend the £20 million on filling in some pot holes, and plant some flowers to make the place look a little nicer. And why wouldn’t you want that too!
