Bursary tickets for the Autumn Assembly in Glasgow - how to apply

workers.coop’s Autumn Assembly in Glasgow, 20th-22nd November, is looking fantastic. Tickets range from £150 (Solidarity) to £45 (low or no waged), but there are also up to 10 free tickets available for people who can’t afford anything at all, and who may also need financial support to get to Glasgow and stay there. This is possible thanks to financial support from our sister organisation, the Worker Co-op Solidarity Fund (Solidfund).

Here’s how to apply, and how it works:

- Send an email to sion@principlesix.coop with the subject line AA Bursary request and your name, email address and phone number. Say whether you’ve ever had such a bursary before (priority will be given to those who haven’t). We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if your application was successful, and if so, will ask whether you want to apply for additional support for any travel or accommodation costs of coming to the AA, for what, and how much. The maximum is £120.

- We will then confirm your ticket for the Autumn Assembly - you don’t need to register yourself.

- If you’ve asked for and we’ve agreed to extra financial support, please keep any receipts (e.g. for travel tickets) and email copies/photos to sion@principlesix.coop with the subject line AA expenses claim as soon as you can after the event, with your bank details. You will be reimbursed on those receipts, up to the amount agreed.

Meanwhile, check out the programme!
