ICA (including ICA Africa and CICOPA) is involved in an initiative together with The African Export-Import Bank (Afrexim Bank) and International Trade Centre (ITC) trying to support fashion designers across Africa to establish a Pan-African Fashion Cooperative. They are looking for a consultant who could do the feasibility study for this initiative. Here is the Terms of Reference attached. The choice has been made to circulate it internally among the cooperative experts. The problem is that the timing is super short: the consultant should be working on the feasibility study between 19 Feb and 29 March. The Interested consultants are invited to submit their proposal by this Thursday 15 February.
