Co-ops UK is surveying its members on AI and doing another hackathon

Also we have fixed the dates for the next hackathon which will take place on 1 & 2 October in the West Midlands, with some travel bursaries available.

This one will be different from the previous two hackathons, as it will focus on bringing the co-op movement together, to create a joined up digital infrastructure."

Suitably vague focus on the hackathon! On the same topic, I was having an interesting chat with someone from Manchester Met UX Developer course, who says their foriegn students get bored over the Summer Holidays and maybe if we put on a hackathon type event or challenge with some sort of prize for during the summer holidays he could probably get a decent group of people together to work on a problem for us. So worth thinking about.
