Yes, I am using uBlock Origin to block the corporate junk the site embeds, I don’t know if this is related?
I’ve used the uBlock Origin picker to block the social media items box, id #social
, this has solved the issue for me.

Are you able to add the two other member-requests for the footer?
Bluesky social, anywhere on the footer @workers-coop.bsky.social
A link to the Policies folder which contains the complaints policy, with text saying something like
‘Link to Policies for members’
Hyperlink: Login – Workers.coop Hub
I suggest we put the theme in a git repo so we can keep track of changes and deploy it to the dev.workers.coop
site for testing / checking prior to updating www.workers.coop
, we have a thread here we can follow this up on.
Yes, I am able to do this, but not right now. I’ll need to schedule it in.
The link you’ve posted to policies just presents a login screen. Does it make sense to publish this link in the website footer where it can be accessed by anyone regardless of whether they have access to https://office.workers.coop? Why not publish the policies directly on the website, or is it important that they are not made public?
I’ve put the www.workers.coop
WordPress theme in a git repo at git.coop
so we can keep track of changes, please edit it there and if you don’t have access to the workers.coop git repos please contact @chris, see also the thread on this form about this.

In favour of this. If the latter, perhaps we could split policies into “public facing, accountability, lead by example” and “internal only” (these are descriptions not titles). More than likely the more operational the focus of policies becomes (in which case they may actually be procedures to implement a policy) the more “internal only” they are.
