Feeback: Autumn Assembly - For attendees and non-attendees alike

Thanks everybody who came and sorry to miss you if you couldn’t make it. Either way could you please fill out this very short survey

There is obviously a lot we can learn, but overall our first in-person event in 1.5 years was a great success! -

  1. We came together for the first time since launching injecting energy into the network
  2. We discussed the big questions like how should we be structured and what is workers.coop’s purpose
  3. We learnt from our mistakes in an excellently facilitated session on comms and intent vs impact
  4. Some of us explored Birmingham’s rich cooperative ecosystem
  5. Others traded stories over a pint
  6. Everyone took home some new merchandise

Thanks to those who filled out the Feedback Fish on the day.

As you can see attendees appreciated the venue, food and facilitation, but thought there are some improvements we need to make in terms of participation, programme and accessibility.

If your complex thoughts were not captured by the Fish then please fill out this very short survey so we can make subsequent events even better!

Thanks again to everyone who came, those who helped out and made the event as good as if was. I’m looking forward to the next one being even better

Does anyone know what was popular as merchandise at the Autumn Assembly or other gatherings?
