Welcome to the New Worker Induction module for new workers of worker co-ops. This short online learning module provides an intro to the key components of worker co-operation for those going through an induction process when joining a co-op (or those simply wanting to refresh their knowledge or continue their professional development).
This module has been co-created with and for worker co-ops, for members of workers.coop, and we will continually be reviewing and improving it.
Any member of workers.coop can now self-enroll for this learning module at learn.workers.coop.
Instructions
- Users will need to have an active SSO account in order to login. If you don’t already have one, you can create an SSO account here.
- You will need to head over to: https://learn.workers.coop
- You will need to click login with Members SSO
- Once logged in you will receive an email to your registered address asking you to confirm registration on the Moodle platform, you need to click the link and will then be able to login to Moodle (the platform we are using for this course)
- Once logged in you will need to update your user profile, this screen is presented to you upon first time login only.
- Click home and you will see the courses available to you that you can enrol on. (At the moment this is only the New Worker Induction, but if this goes well we could look at creating content for an Intro to Finances course.)
