This affects all the prisoners/ hostages including: 400 children kept in administrative detention. It also affects Marwan Barghouti, who has been recently tortured, is with 4 broken ribs, and whose health is rapidly deteriorating due to the conditions. He also faces a death penalty, he is the unity candidate agreed on by all Palestinian factions to lead a peace process.
