- Organisational Development Lead: to guide the evolution of our co-op’s organisational governance, policies and culture, while centring care and liberation in the ways we work with each other and the movements we support. 2.5 days per week, £17,500 - £19,688 for the 10.5 month contract period [pro rata equivalent to £40-£45k for 5 day work week].
- Finance Consultant: to strengthen the financial health of our worker co-op, we’re hiring a finance consultant to support our team with payroll, financial tracking and reporting. 7 hours per week, £158-178 day rate, 10.5 month contract with potential to renew.
- Communications Lead: to share powerful stories about the amazing grassroots-led organising, actions and projects that we support. We’re looking for an exceptional communicator adept at managing and producing a range of email, website, graphics and social media content. Fixed-term contract that is renewed annually, 3 days per week, £24,000-£27,000 annual salary [pro rata equivalent to £40-£45k for 5 day work week].
