Hi workers.coop members,

This is an update about the AGM that was scheduled to take place on October 14.

The AGM meeting on 14th October did not go ahead (see below) and has been adjourned to 11 November 2025, 5pm-6.30pm. Please mark this date in your dairies and be reassured that we will resume the AGM on this date.

We’re really sorry for the inconvenience and any frustration caused for those who tried to attend. The meeting facilitator faced issues accessing our online meeting space which meant that attendance was decreased, so the decision was taken to adjourn to ensure the smooth running of the meeting at a later date. We hope this later date gives more people the opportunity to attend.

Please designate your voting member in advance

One attendee per enterprise (co-op) member should be designated in advance as the voting member, any others are welcome to attend as observers. All members, whether enterprise or worker members, are invited to attend.

The agenda for the meeting can be found here (you will need your member log-in).

Members may submit proposals. To do so, fill out this form and email it to board@workers.coop no later than 1 week before the date of the AGM (form available here as a download).

Please note that Board elections will be held separately during an EGM on 2 December, 2pm.
